To add products or items in stock you have to add entries in Pruchases. As like you purchase, you have to add purchase entry by creating purchase invoice.

Enter the dealer or distributor name for accounting, software will automatically create it's account.

As we in invoice section, today we see how to add comman barcode items. Scan barcode or enter product name in search column, hit enter to add the entry. All saved data will be added. Edit the quantities of stock.

which will automatically calculated to stock or as inventory.

In this software you can add saperate discounts to each items. and also you can manage bumper discount on Subtotal.

In more tab you can maintain extra charges like Transportation or anything come with invoice which will added in Grand total saperately.

Taxes added in master product list or inventory section are automatically added here. You can edit the tax rates here or in inventory for future entries.
